Privacy policy — PriorSeal

PriorSeal (“we”, “us”) is an Australian business. This policy explains what personal information we collect through priorseal.com, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you apply to be a foundation partner: your name, work email, company, role, anything you choose to tell us about how you’d use PriorSeal, and whether you’re interested in AI Guard.
When you sign up for launch updates: your email and, if you choose, your role.
When you visit the site: anonymous, aggregate visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you. Our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots; it isn’t used to track you.

We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don’t buy or sell personal information.

Why we collect it

To review your application and contact you about early access.
To send launch updates you asked for, and occasional news about PriorSeal. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site secure and working.

We won’t use your details for anything else without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they handle your information only on our behalf:

Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the spam check and analytics.
Resend delivers our emails, including the notification we receive when you submit a form.

These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security practices and contractual privacy commitments. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep application details while we’re discussing early access with you, and for up to 12 months afterwards if we don’t go ahead. Launch-update subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using the link it contains.
Ask to see or correct the information we hold about you.
Ask us to delete your information.

Complaints

If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your information, email us first and we’ll try to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

The PriorSeal app

This policy covers the website. When the PriorSeal app opens, it will have its own privacy terms covering the R&D records you store, which will be hosted in Australia, encrypted, exportable at any time, and never used to train AI.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. If a change affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you first.
